In January 2010 E & S International Ltd. opened its latest manufacturing plant. A truly magical building built to the latest specifications and bulging with ideas and tricks, toys and even more. This is where your magic is produced, not by elves and pixies but by the most modern and up-to-the-minute machinery available. Three floors of wonder, three floors of colour, three floors of quality manufacturing all working together in harmony to bring you new products and traditional lines and to give you the tools you need for success.

Under the International Council of Toy Industries (ICTI) we are careful to ensure compliance with international quality and assurance requirements and are conscious of some of the detrimental views expressed regarding the manufacture of toys. Our products and processes are also certified with the CCC mark (China Compulsory Certification Mark).

Under one roof we are proud to present the latest in Plastic Injection Moulding, plastic parts sonic seal production, foil stamping, silk screen printing, clam sealing, hot sealing, and vacuum tray production. We are also proud to present our all new sewing department, metal manufacturing department and machining centre. This substantial investment means that we take full responsibility for all design and production of products and have introduced a smooth order to despatch system that will give our growing list of loyal clients the confidence of knowing their future is in safe, good hands.

This new facility has eliminated large parts of our transport costs with the added advantage of considerably reducing the company’s carbon footprint.

In line with HK government’s advice we have reduced our usage of air conditioning and now keep our work places at the recommended 25 degrees Centigrade.

Major clients conduct regular audits of our facilities and we are always pleased to comply with the latest requirements for staff welfare, health and hygiene.
